Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with Indian law. Any controversies, conflicts, disputes, or differences arising from this Policy shall be settled through arbitration in Nashik in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which is deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Clause. The tribunal will be made up of three (3) arbitrators. Each Party shall appoint an arbitrator, and the two appointed arbitrators shall appoint the third arbitrator who shall preside over the proceedings. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The parties to the arbitration shall keep the arbitration confidential and shall not disclose it to anyone, except on a need-to-know basis or to legal advisors, unless required by law. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all of the parties hereto. Except as otherwise provided in this Clause, the courts of Nashik shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all issues arising from this Policy.
