Thank you for availing our services. We appreciate your trust and assure you to provide with the best service at all times. When you avail service from us, you agree to our refund policy.
Once you have availed our services, refunds can be initiated only in following events:
You have availed incorrect plan and our team has advised you to switch to another plan, 100% of the original plan value will be refunded subject to the condition that no service was provided for the previous plan.
You have availed a plan but Nine O Six is unable to assign Tax Expert or provide you availed service, 100% refund will be made.
You attempted to avail a service and your payment was successfully processed but not received by Nine O Six, you should request refund from the financial service provider.
Nine O Six reserves the right to refuse any service order that it cannot deem to fulfill within the legal and regulatory framework of the country, in such case, 100% refund will be made.
Our team will notify you via email or WhatsApp message if you are eligible for a refund. Thereafter, your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of confirmation.
On availing of services, our team will request you to submit documents to provide you with the availed services. If you are unable to share the requisite documents within 30 days without a reasonable reason, Nine O Six reserves the right to cancel your service. In the event of order cancellation, any payments made to Nine O Six will be forfeited.
If you withhold information about your case while our experts work on it, as a result of which we are unable to provide you with the requested service, you will not be eligible for a refund. Nine O Six reserves the right to cancel your order in such case. In the event of order cancellation, any payments made to Nine O Six will be forfeited.
Nine O Six will not refund Any payments made to the Government departments.
All refunds will be in the form on Credit Notes.
If a cancellation or request is made for any reason other than those listed above, refund will be issued in accordance to the pointers mentioned below
| 95% refund of the amount paid to Nine O Six | within 15 days of plan purchase and before work assigned to our Tax Expert. |
| 75% refund of the amount paid to Nine O Six | after 15 days but before 30 days of plan purchase and before work assigned to our Tax Expert. |
| 45% refund of the amount paid to Nine O Six | Our Tax Expert Work is partly Completed |
| No refund of the amount paid to Nine O Six | Our Tax Expert Work is completed |
